Abstract

We know for a long time that it is hard to make clear limit where economic development stop and began development of society. Most element of society development at the same time are social and public components of economic development. Cultural and sport changes, changes in education, people habits are part of society development, because they have very important influence on global economic development, that is why it is important to notice method and internal logic of their relationship. At the end of XX century sport become big economic activity number five , just behind oil, pharmaceutical and military industry, industry of information technology with annual money turnover about nine hundred milliard dollars.
