Abstract

The focus of the article is on management of staff intellect potential, which is seen as the basis for improved efficiency at industrial enterprises. There is also a view provided on the issue of staff intellectualization as a process. The author describes the role of the staff at the innovative stage of economic development. There is a description of tools for managing staff intellectualization process.
