Improving the productivity of the professors of the Command and Staff University of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army based on satisfaction with the services received

The main purpose of this applied research is to describe the methods of "improving the productivity of the professors of the command and staff university of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army on satisfaction with the services received", based on the Kano model in the form of basic needs, functional needs, motivational needs, ineffective needs and reverse needs. Data collection was done through field and library methods. According to the standard steps of the Kano technique, the questionnaire questions were used in two positive (functional) and negative (non-functional) modes and based on the five-choice Likert scale. The statistical population was internal professors of the Command and Staff University of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army with the academic rank of professor, associate professor, assistant professor, and instructor. The findings of the research showed that if the sixteen functional needs are met, the level of satisfaction of the professors will be equal to 80% and if they are not met, the level of their dissatisfaction will be equal to (-52)%; If the specified eight motivational needs are met, the level of satisfaction of the professors will be equal to 73%, and if they are not met, the level of their dissatisfaction will be equal to (-32) percent.
