Nursing of a patient with tinnitus of liver-fire disturbing type treated with auricular holographic scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy (耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴埋豆治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣1例护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with tinnitus of liver-fire disturbing type. Nurses had carried out a comprehensive nursing assessment on grading of tinnitus, sleep quality, fall risk of the patient after hospital admission. Based on the syndrome differentiation, the auricular holographic scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy was applied to relive the clinical symptoms of the patient. Nursing interventions on patient’s emotion regulation, dietary, activity of daily living and medication were carried out to relieve the anxiety and improve the sleep quality and quality of life during hospitalization. (本文总结1例肝火上扰型耳鸣患者的中西医护理经验。根据患者病情, 在完善耳鸣分级、睡眠质量评估、跌倒分级的护理评估的基础上, 基于中医辨证分型实施耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴埋豆中医特色技术, 配合情志护理、辨证施膳、生活起居护理和用药指导, 旨在改善患者的临床症状。经积极治疗和护理干预, 患者耳鸣症状缓解, 焦虑情绪改善, 睡眠质量和生活质量得到提高。)
