Champ touristique ou sous-champs du tourisme ?
Abstract
This article aims at answering some of the objections raised on the concept of tourist field, and on the spatial and organisational configuration of the tourist field in various sub-fields. Mobilising the sociological definition of a social field, the question of tourism as being adressed as social field is raised. The spatial dimension of this tourist field and the process of touristification are then discussed.
