Abstract

Virtual organization can apply a variety of information and connnunication technolo­gies to support its activities. Contemporary information and connnunication technologies can be purchased and used in public computing cloud. The paper presents the possibility of supporting the business acitivity of virtual organizations with the information and connnunication technolo­gies offered in the public cloud. It also identifies the benefits and threats connected with the usage of information and connnunication technology available in the public cloud in the activity of virtual organizations.
