Healthy life styles in Elder adults in a first level hospital
Abstract
Healthy Lifestyles were described among a senior group in a first level hospital in Norte de Santander, Colombia. The purpose was identifying between lifestyle and socioeconomic conditions, in a quantitative, descriptive character and cross section study. A factorial and confirmatory model for lifestyles was analyzed. The main result established that there is no control over the nutrition, health responsibility, interpersonal support and actualization. In general, the health style level was 32% very good, 26% good, 20% excellent and 1.3 % bad.
