The work shows an analysis of educational guidance realized by the first year of Civil Engineeringcareer in Cujae. The authors expose basics ideas in relation with the study of literature related to thistopic, for establish specific ideas of university educational guidance. Besides, this work presents theanalysis of educational guidance received by two groups of students of first year during a course2010-2011. It´s employed reflective and open techniques since an interpretive perspective andpredominantly qualitative methodological framework. We have concluded that not enough educationalguidance realized by students during training process, because it´s essential to increase the quantityof actions for guidance and to get these ones integrate the substantive university processes. In thismanner, the teachers can guide the student in your satisfactory transit for the university.
