The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the functioning of societies and entities in the Baltic Sea Region. The aim of the article is to analyze the changes caused by the COVID- 19 pandemic in interregional cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region. It was carried out on the basis of three Baltic organizations, i.e. the Council of the Baltic Sea States, (CBSS), Union of the Baltic Cities, (UBC), Baltic Sea States Subregional Cooperation, (BSSSC), as well as cooperation on the European Union Strategy for the Region The Baltic Sea (UESBSR). The study considered whether and how Baltic regional cooperation took place during the pandemic, and whether the dynamics of interregional cooperation had changed. The following hypothesis was put forward: Interregional cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used the analysis of existing data,mainly source documents, records of webinars and online meetings, as well as websites and social media of individual organizations. The conducted analysis showed permanent and temporary changes in the Baltic cooperation that began during the COVID-19 pandemic.
