Acercamiento al problema terminológico de la narratividad transmedia

Abstract

In the late years different theoretical perspectives had examined the transmedia phenomenon. There are several fields of research but, despite their common interest for transmedia, sometimes seem to ignore each other using their own terminology. Theories of Cinema Adaptation, Comparative Literature and Media Studies, among others, offer their separate outlooks in order to analyze the shape, function, effects and structure of transmedia experiences. Our text deals with those contributions and explores the links or differences between them, proposing complexity as a key element to the concept of transmedia.
