Incredible violence crimes are regularly committed against women during armed conflicts. International law classifies them as either war crimes or anti – humanity crimes like killing, torture, inhuman treatment, forceful displacement, and sexual rape which is the most dangerous and harful because of the deep and bad psychological effects on the victims and their societies. Examples are the cases practiced by the American soldiers against Iraqi women. The human international law provides a set of legal rules to protect women from such armies by admitting the criminal responsibility of individuals including leaders and states' presidents. It also admits the international responsibility of being such acts as prohibited. .
