Abstract

The article deals with the formation of the forms and methods of public-private partnerships in the major subsystems of life and livelihood of citizens of the Russian Federation on the basis of the organization of production and social infrastructure - housing, social security and pension. Analyzes the uses of multipliers in the formation of synergistic and multiplicative eff ects in the development of production and the economy.
