It is a case study, descriptive, exploratory and qualitative in nature. Presenting the results of three stages of a research carried out: the first conducted with educational managers about their perceptions regarding the implementation of distance workload in classroom courses; the second obtained in a teacher training course for the use of digital technologies due to the implementation of distance workload in face-to-face courses and the third with students about the realization of distance subjects in a face-to-face course in Electrotechnics. The results obtained allowed us to verify the contribution of technologies to the teaching and learning process and conclude that the implementation of distance workload in classroom courses involves the training of managers and teachers.
