Potencjalne możliwości współpracy operatorów wyznaczonych z e-administracją

Abstract

The purpose of the considerations presented in this article is analysis of chosen examples of using digital postal platforms for e-government service delivery and showing potential options of the integration of public administration information systems with this platforms. Relating to the the EU countries ranking in terms of index values achieved EGDI and assumptions the concept of reducing administration costs – lean government, there was presented partnership e-government and designed operators examples in selected countries and highlighted the benefits of this coopera tion. Furthermore, the authors will indicate the current state and perspectives of cooperation with the state administration and designated operator in the area of e-government services with the ability to use digital platform Envelo owned by the Polish Post.
