Arrowroot Tuber as a Commodity in the Food Diversification Program Based on Local Wisdom in the Era of COVID-19
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has made major changes to the economy in Indonesia. Various policies are carried out to meet the food needs of the community. The food diversification policy is a solution to fulfill food needs during a pandemic based on local wisdom because many people have not been able to meet their needs. This research aims to identify food commodities, namely Arrowroot tubers as commodities in the Local Wisdom-Based Food Diversification Program in the COVID-19 era. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method.
