INTEGRATING STUDY OF SIGNIFICANT ELEMENTS IN THE TRAINING OF TEACHERS. A PROPOSAL FOR THE TEACHING SELF-EVALUATION
Abstract
Ever since Personalized Education was included as a whole educational concept, the dimensions of the person have been studied. These include corporal, affective, volitional and intellective. But, in the light of technological and scientific breakthroughs in recent years, how should teachers face their mission so that such dimensions are recognized and maximized taking into account the interactions among them? This paper proposes some operational consequences for the right formation of teachers, focused on the development of the person, highlighting a descriptive scheme of the interactions, as well as a proposal of a self-evaluation tool with its validation by means of an expert's judgment.
