Abstract

Humanity is the result of thousands of years of accumulated science. The scientific studies revealed when the products are used in good faith and beneficial for humanity, if used with malicious intent have harmful consequences. Scientists dichotomy between good and evil that continuously have had. Where the assessment of scientists that they are standing next generations, in other words, it is up to date. Of course, this is also important in assessing the point of view. Here, geographer and cartographer Kiepert was evaluated by us with a different perspective. The purpose of this assessment, Kiepert drawing maps of the Ottoman Empire in the West (the United Kingdom and France)'s ambitions that serve to reveal the secret. Methods census records and archives of the period were scanned, finding the required purpose has been achieved.
