Administrația publică în programele partidelor politice din România
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyse whether political parties represented in Parliament in the 1996-2000 mandate ever manifested the political will for reform in public administration. The first part of the paper focuses on party programs, their list of objectives for this period (in the field of public administration) – at least as it comes out of the documents that have been made available to me. Given that this mandate has come to end, the second part is an attempt to make a “balance sheet” in order to see the extent to which political parties have reached the objectives set at the beginning of the mandate. This will be completed by a short presentation/analysis of the legal provisions regarding public administration that have been adopted in this period.
