Interprofessional collaboration (IPC) is important for shaping healthcare to meet the increasing demands of the health care system. Interprofessional (IP) training approaches are increasingly being pursued in the education of healthcare professionals (HCPs). The Zurich interprofessional clinical training ward (ZIPAS®) is implementing this approach in HCP’s education. This study is part of the evaluation and explores fostering factors for perspective taking among students during ZIPAS®-internships.
