AUTHOR’S TRAINING MODEL FOR TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOOL

Abstract

There is an introduction and explanation of a training programme model for teachers in higher education (postgraduate stage) that is developed relying on module-professional and competence-based approach, and which incorporates both formal and informal components of education.
