The features of the domestic system of doctoral training in 1962–1991

Abstract

The paper explores the system of doctoral training by means of the institution doctoral candidacy in the USSR by the example of one of the oldest domestic higher educational institutions – Tomsk State University. Problems in the work of the institution of doctoralcandidacy are revealed, the estimation of its efficiency is given.
