This research proposal begins from a historical-legal analysis, where the base of the Colombian State is looked at from our constitutionalism; studying in this way the constitutions of the XIX and XX centuries, that is to say, the great changes that occurred between 1815 and 1863. In this way the claims that were made from the provinces that made up our Federal state to the province of Cundinamarca will be analyzed. Once the previous analysis has been carried out, we will proceed to the study of the Political Constitution of 1886, where we will have to see the historical bases of the struggles that our nation has fought to establish a form of "IDEAL STATE" that sought as a primary goal "UNIR ”In an effective and efficient way the Colombian Provinces with the central part of our State.
