Planiranje in opremljanje stavbnih zemljišč v pogojih urbanega razvoja brez rasti : Planning and Building Land Development under Conditions of Urban Development without Growth
Abstract
The state does not know or pretends ignorance in relation to the demographic, social and economic changes that await us in the future. At least that is what one can establish based upon the adopted strategic documents and other documents that are still in course of preparation. Thus, there is still mention of organized housing, industrial zones, proper regional centres, reserve of building land and similar, reminding us of the revolutionary times of building the country in the 1960s. Similarly, the term active land policy is still used, which should solve the developmental problems mentioned. Reserve of building land has recently become the means and goal of everyday policy of local communities primarily because of financial reasons. Given the current circumstances, the article tries to identify the kind of municipal spatial documents, which have to be adopted within the next three years.
