Progress of research on sedation and analgesia in the ICU (ICU患者镇痛镇静的研究进展)

Abstract

Sedation and analgesia may influence the physical, psychological health and medical safety of ICU patient. More concerns should be paid to physical and psychological comfort during the treatment in ICU. This paper summarized the importance, influencing factors, common drugs, evaluation methods of sedation and analgesia in the ICU, and provided reference for improving patient comfort during diagnosis and treatment. (镇痛镇静对ICU患者的身体、心理以及医疗安全均产生重要影响, ICU患者治疗过程中的身心舒适情况受到更多人的关注。本文就ICU镇痛镇静的必要性、影响因素、常用药物、评估方法等进行总结, 旨在为进一步提高ICU患者诊疗舒适度提供参考。)
