USE OF STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGIES IN THE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM OF ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Russian Federation hybrid aggression against Ukraine and the transformation of the paradigm of a modern armed conflict paradigm transformation have served as an occasion for accelerating the changes and structural changes in the system of control of Ukraine defense forces, in particular the Armed Forces. One of the directions of studying the ways of conducting defense reform is the search for possible ways of improving the processes that are taking place during the management process of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the defense forces in general through the use of possibilities of the strategic communications system of the state, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine The article analyzes the system of strategic communications for coordinating communicative activity at the strategic level in accordance with NATO standards and principles and provides recommendations for the use of technologies of these communications in the armed forces management processes.
