The current state and ways of development of geoinformation technology systems in agriculture
Abstract
The current state, challenges, trends, and pathways for digital transformation in agriculture are analyzed and assessed. Emphasis is placed on the importance of developing digital geographic information systems and implementing strategies to integrate agricultural sectors into the digital revolution. Within the country's agro-industrial complex, there is a dynamic increase in both the scale and quality of information technology adoption. A burgeoning investment sector labeled “Agrotech” is emerging, poised to address longstanding challenges within the industry through digitalization and automation of production, economic, and supply-chain processes, thereby enhancing the investment appeal of agriculture. The implementation of a modern, integrated accounting and analytical digital information system is envisioned to swiftly identify factors influencing outcomes and facilitate informed managerial decisions.
