Abstract The drug lisdexamfetamine is now widely used in the treatment of attention‐deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and there have been patient reports of skin eruptions after taking this drug. Here, we present the case of a patient with ADHD who was started on lisdexamfetamine and then presented with recrudescent acne.
