Voyager d’Alger à Marseille - Retour sur cinq décennies de dispositifs relatifs aux contrôles des migrations
Abstract
Two towns on both sides of the Mediterranean, Marseille and Algiers. Two cities linked by many Algerians travelling to the French territory that have persisted since the independence of Algeria, and are in part responsible for the migratory control device, established by France. The historical and legal perspectives of this article supplemented by a geographical approach highlights the mechanisms of the process of "borderisation" at work between France and Algeria, and the implications of the two countries in the regulation of entries Algerians in Marseille and departure management the travellers from Algiers.
