Profile of the Social Comptroller in Community Management. Theoretical perspective for the development of public management

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the state of the art to provide postulates that allow the community social controller to find a scientific alternative in which to start towards the achievement of a better praxis of the processes that develops in the communities from the side of the social comptroller. In this way, there will be a tangible reference where to investigate to promote actions that build the exercise of social control in order to assume more effectively the processes that it performs. It is not a question of carrying out an accounting or procedures manual, but rather of establishing matrix lines that articulate a way to develop a control exercise attached to a theoretical framework that promotes new managerial purposes to do social comptrollers in Venezuelan communities.
