IMPLICAȚII FORMATIVE ÎN INTERIORIZAREA VALORILOR PROFESIONALE

Abstract

În articol este abordată formarea competențelor profesionale în baza unui registru de valori profesionale, căruia se circumscrie procesul de formare profesională. Acest registru, numit referențial valoric profesional, trebuie să constituie un element de structură-cheie al cadrului de referință al unui domeniu de formare profesională, care va deteremina dimensiunile, componentele și conţinuturile unui profil de formare profesională. De asemenea, este argumentat procesul de interiorizare a valorilor prin corelarea cu taxonomia obiectivelor, autorul oferind, în acest sens, un model de valorifi­care a demersului formativ. FORMATIVE IMPLICATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL VALUES INTERNALIZATIONThe article addresses the acquisition of professional competences on the basis of a register of professional values, which supports the professional training. This register, a so-called referential of professional values, should be a key component of the reference framework of a general field of study that will determine its dimensions, components and contents. Also, the author considers the process of value internalization by correlating with the taxonomy of the objectives and by offering a model of putting the formative approach into practice.
