This research exposes the changes made by the Higher Education Institutions of Ecuador, in relation to the curricula, in order to generate an offer that contributes to the National Plan for Good Living and forge an entrepreneurial knowledge society, which will integrate Substantive axes such as teaching, research, and linking. It focuses on evaluating the relevance of the Management Programs, with the purpose of offering a professional training capable of contributing to Ecuador's strategic plans, for which quantitative, qualitative, and deductive descriptive research was carried out using instruments and Research techniques, such as surveys of graduates of the University of Guayaquil, Ecuador, high school graduates and employers in Guayaquil, information was also collected from the business sector of the aforementioned city. It is for this reason that the University of Guayaquil, concerned about the needs of the environment and the economic development of the country, carried out this study to evaluate this pertinence, which will allow directing the contents of curricula and curricula, according to their educational model, with the expectation of meeting the accreditation indicators arranged according to the new requirements of the Council of Higher Education.
