Research progress on extraction,pharmacological effects and microencapsulation of peppermint oil

Abstract

In this paper, the research progress of peppermint oil at home and abroad in recent years was summarized from the aspects of extraction, pharmacological action and preparation method of microcapsule, and the new microcapsule technology is the follow-up research direction.
