Modification en Espagne des jugements rendus au Maroc en matière d’aliments

Abstract

The proceedings to modify Moroccan decisions on maintenance obligations brought before the Spanish judicial authorities by citizens of that countryresiding in Spain or abroad raises a set of Private International Law problems of (jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of decisions and cooperation of central authorities) that shouldreceive a correct solution.
