Modern methods of estimation spermogram are quite difficult and highly subjective. Were analyzed spermogram 215 men aged 20 to 46 years (mean age 29,7 ± 2,4 years). The analysis spermogram were selected 5 out of 21 key indicators of ejaculate that affect fertility: the total number, motility, viability, morphology of sperm, ejaculate volume. Based on these data the interval scale, which allows to quantify the sperm. Obtained as a result of an integral index is a reflection of pathological semen analysis based on deviations from the “ideal norm”, that allows to evaluate different sperm, and to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, as with the use of conservative methods, and various options for surgical intervention.
