CONFLICTOLOGICAL CULTURE OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST: PROBLEM STATEMENT AND THE RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES

Abstract

In the article the concept of conflictological culture is considered, the urgency of studying this phenomenon as an integral personal education that promotes the choice of constructive ways of behavior in conflict situations in various spheres of human life activity is substantiated. The results of the empirical study are presented, during which the content characteristics of different levels of formation of the conflictological culture of university students are revealed and on the basis of which the model of the student's conflictological culture is created, a future specialist reflecting professionally significant personality traits and enabling students to identify problem zones and independently determine the prospects for further self-development.
