“Time“ in hetero-organised collaborations

Abstract

The essay analyzes the concept of time in hetero-organized ongoing collaborations. The Author, after having defined the working time as productive time subject to contractual exchange, analyzes the concepts of continuity, occasionality and availability, distinguishing between the time of the relationship and the time of the performance. This analysis is useful for identifying continuity as the keystone for identifying both the productive interest underlying the contract and the functional integration of the collaborator's activity in the client's organization in hetero-organized collaborations.
