This article reports a study correlating principals' managerial skills, teachers' commitment, teach­ers' resilience to stress, teachers' job satisfaction, and teachers' teaching performance with students' academic achievement. The population included 139 Primary Schools in the remote area of Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Rounded up to 140, Krecjie table was used to select the sample, that is, 103 schools, composing 74.10% of the population. The rest, 36 Primary Schools were taken for the try out of the instruments. The instruments were in the forms of questionnaires and observation sheets. This correlation study used path model as the main data analysis. The results indicate that a) there is a relationship between teachers' teaching performance and students' academic achievement, and b) there is a relationship between, principals' managerial skills, teachers' commitment, teachers' job satisfac­tion, and students' academic achievement.
