INFORMATION MODELLING OF PROCESS OF ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS AT THE ORGANIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSONNEL

Abstract

The article is devoted to a problem of theorganization of professional developmentof personnel. The article is consideringtwo interconnected tasks. The fi rst task is: estimation of degree of need of professional development of the specifi c worker. The second task is: choice of the programof professional development. Functionalinformation models of procedures ofadoption of administrative decisions withinthese tasks are developed.
