This study investigates the perceptions of sexual abusers about (his) sexuality. A study of multiple case has been performed with three men, ageing 34 and 56 years, condemned and private of freedom due to sexual abuse against children. The instruments employed were: semidirected interview, files of legal documents and Scale PCL-R of Robert Hare. The results indicate similarities in life histories: they had been adopted; they had suffered physical, psychological and social violence (exploration in the work) in infancy, two of them victims of sexual abuse. It is distinguished that the abusers do not know what the term sexuality means and limit the concept of sexual abuse to the acts that are aggressive and violent. They tell they do not to have pleasure in the sexual relation, deny the existence of sexual fantasies and they do not assume the responsibility for the abuse.
