Environment criminal law and pollution crime in the Republic of Serbia
Abstract
The essay examines first of all the criminal protection system of the environment in the Republic of Serbia, providing also some data which show that the protection system doesn’t work so well. Secondly, the article focuses on the pollution crime referred in the art. 260 KZ (Serbian penal code) enlighting simili….and differences in respet of italina epollution crime (rt. 452-bis c.p.).
