It provided a casestudy of cultivation with participative action of organic vegetable enterprise group at Yang Noeng Subdistrict, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province. Data were gathered by a workshop and group discussion from 11 growers using hydroponics. The descriptive statistics found that the cost of growing hydroponic vegetables was 73.76 baht per kg. According to guidelines for hydroponics vegetable cost management with participative action of enterprise group, the results were presented as follows. 1) Creating a network between hydroponics vegetable enterprises can be the source of buying high-quality vegetable seeds at cheap prices. 2) There was a reduction in the cost of vegetable seeds from foreign varieties to became a local vegetable, which is cheaper and has a faster production cycle to keep up with market demand. 3) The labor cost of planting should be clearly specified according to the rules and enterprise’s resolution from the beginning of cultivation until harvesting and selling. 4) The use of organic fertilizers and bio-fertilizers in cultivation and reducing the use of chemicals in the planting process resulted in a decrease of the cost of cultivation. 5) The cost of production perkilogram was been decreased by increasing the volume of production.
