In the article, the network form of interaction is positioned as an innovative high-efficiency technology, a new form of social partnership between educational institutions and health care institutions in order to preserve the health of the younger generation, to shape their need for a healthy lifestyle. It is shown that in the conditions of formation of information society in Ukraine the network form of interaction of social subjects becomes relevant. The article describes the definitions and characteristics of the education network; the basic principles of its functioning are formulated. To those principles which defined in scientific thought are added such as: openness, trust, systematicity, differentiation, confidentiality and others. Social partnership as a methodological basis of network interaction is substantiated. The author investigates the problems of interinstitutional network interaction, the feasibility of introducing three basic types of matrix structure of the model of network interaction («concentrated network», «distribution network», model «chain») on the basis of the analysis of practical regional experience of partner organizations, network research and social projects on health-saving focus. The model of network interaction for the formation of healthy lifestyles of schoolchildren is represented by several stages (diagnostic-prognostic, choice of directions of joint activity, choice of a method of network building and establishment of relationships in the mode of network interaction, pilot implementation), the implementation of which is illustrated by the example of Kharkiv gymnasium No14. In the condition of the rapid spread of networked information technologies and the demands of modern pupils on virtual forms of communication, the article outlines forms of online interaction as dominant in this format of social partnership in the context of reforming educational and healthcare institutions.
