Skin care for a patient with clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea complicated with incontinence-associated dermatitis (1例艰难梭菌性腹泻患者并发失禁性皮炎的皮肤护理)

Abstract

This paper summarized skin nursing of a case of clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea complicated with incontinence-associated dermatitis. Based on the symptom assessment, the improved child-mother type urine bag for anal drainage was applied to reduce the pressure of the tracheal cannula balloon on the rectal mucosa and reduce the risk of rectal mucosa bleeding and necrosis. The external application of zinc oxide ointment was used to reduce the inflammation and pain caused by incontinence-associated dermatitis. (本文总结1例艰难梭菌性腹泻患者并发失禁性皮炎的皮肤护理进经验。首先评估患者症状, 根据评估结果, 给予气管导管和改良后的子母尿袋进行肛管引流, 避免肛周皮肤受到粪便的污染、侵蚀等刺激, 配合氧化锌软膏外涂, 保持肛周皮肤清洁干燥, 减少骶尾部及大腿后内侧皮肤的炎症反应, 减轻患者痛苦。)
