Stent dislodgement and embolization is a rare complication during the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Its occurrence can lead to various coronary or vascular complications. It is an emergency situation in the catheterization laboratory, the management of which requires thorough knowledge about various techniques to overcome the situation. We hereby describe two cases of stent embolization, where stents were deployed at the unintended peripheral arterial site (Radial and external iliac artery), following its dislodgement during PCI. Both cases had favorable outcomes.
