Abstract

Abstract A rare case of Her2/neu‐positive mammary‐like gland adenocarcinoma of the vulva treated with neoadjuvant therapy, trastuzumab, and achieved complete pathological response on excision, adjuvant radiation, complicated by brain metastasis recurrence.
