Abstract

The relationship of memory impairment and hippocampal damage was studied in 35 patients with medically refractory epilepsy localized to the temporal lobe at the Departments of Neurosurgery, Neuropathology, and Neurology and Psychiatry, Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT.
