Mantissa Epigraphica Veronensis
Abstract
Every year numerous Roman inscriptions are discovered in Verona and its surroundings thanks to archaeological, archival and bibliographical investigations. Since most of these inscriptions are unpublished, the purpose of this Supplement (mantissa) is to provide scientific editions of these new discoveries. This contribution includes four unpublished sepulchral inscriptions. One of these was found during an important archaeological excavation, whereas the other three have been re-employed in ecclesiastic or civil buildings.
