無With the speedy development of Internet, people can get many kinds of useful resources, inclusive of the educational resources that can help teachers and students who need various information. Though the vast resources, there was chaos on the Internet. We must use the metadata to organize good using of these resources, especially the educational ones. This paper focuses on how to organize the educational Internet resources. First, discusses the current status of Taiwan and the United States. Next, introduces the successful experience of GEM and IMS and exhibits the metadata fields. Finally, make a suggestion to the real and further development of the educational Internet resources organization of Taiwan.
