Nursing management of disorder of the venous return from the hand in a hemodialysis patient (1例血液透析患者手部静脉回流障碍的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of disorder of the venous return from the hand in a hemodialysis patient. The body fluid retention of the patient was evaluated before taking adequate dialysis and surgical treatment. A comprehensive nursing strategy including skin care, internal fistula maintenance, psychological support and health education were carried out. Early intervention and targeted nursing are necessary for symptom relief and postoperative rehabilitation. (本文总结1例血液透析患者手部静脉回流障碍的护理经验。首先评估体内液体潴留量, 充分透析, 给予及时手术处理。然后分析护理问题, 制定护理目标, 确定护理措施, 包括皮肤护理、内瘘护理、心理支持、健康教育等。通过及早干预, 科学处理, 进而快速改善患者症状, 促进患者康复。)
