Transformation of regional educational space: inline with world and Russian trends

Abstract

Article points some problems and prospects in evolution of Russian educational space in context with the world trends in education. It presents the author’s vision over the vector of transforming the regional education space, which contribute to raiseof the level of professional potential of indigenous peoples of the North of Tyumen region.
